Hello SO Natural customers. Shipping will be based on the weight of your items, unless otherwise stated. Please allow seven to fifteen business days to receive your orders. However, shipping may arrive earlier. Please allow time during busy season such as the holidays. Thank you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Hello SO Natural customers. Due to the natural of the service I provide there is no refunds or exchanges. However that does not mean that I will not work with any of my customers to make the matter right within reason. Please always read everything in its entirety, test a small area of your skin, and email me with any questions comments or concerns. I will be more then happy to send out another product of your choice, and or give you a discounted rate on your next order.
